First time at this gorgeous branch and despite being very late the staff accommodated well. I opted for a Luxury gel manicure which Megi did an amazing job making my nails look alive again! Love the ipad idea with the colour chooser. Megi showed me the different colours and was very professional. Very friendly and welcoming and a lovely place to have a treatment, hand massage was lovely! Thank you Townhouse x

This was my first visit to Townhouse, and I’d love to give a special shout-out to Leonna at the High Street Kensington branch. Leonna was professional, patient, and very attentive to detail. She took the time to show different polish shades on my hand and helped me choose the most natural option, which I really appreciated. When I noticed a small dent on one nail afterward, she immediately fixed it without hesitation. She is also warm and friendly, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.
